General Description of Responsibilities:

The Advancement Manager supports and leads the operational, administrative, and cross-functional processes necessary for the Advancement Division’s ministry and fundraising work. This role provides interdepartmental coordination, oversees task management systems, facilitates meetings and communications, and contributes to the execution of donor engagement and development strategies.

Position Requirements:

The Advancement Manager must be highly organized, systems-oriented, and able to manage numerous concurrent projects. This individual must be detail-minded, resourceful, and an effective communicator, comfortable working across departments in a fast-paced environment.
