Adolescent Behavioral Health Tech/Care Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Monitor residents and ensure their safety.
• Utilize de-escalation skills to manage behaviors.
• Facilitate daily activities and maintain client connections.
• Document client progress and communicate with treatment teams.
• Transport residents safely for outings.
• Adhere to policies and maintain required certifications.
• Support your assigned house and take on additional tasks as needed.
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelors preferred.
• Experience in behavioral health settings is a plus.
• Valid drivers license required.
• CPI and CPR certification within 30 days.
