A day in the role
Your morning may start by triaging calls and emails, routing questions to the right person, and confirming the day’s appointments. Midday often brings calendar updates, data entry to keep records spotless, and preparing internal memos or documents for circulation. You will keep an eye on supplies so nothing runs out, jump in to file, copy, or scan as needed, and wrap the day by ensuring the workspace is tidy and ready for tomorrow.

What you will handle
- Field and direct incoming phone calls and emails to appropriate staff
- Schedule meetings and manage team calendars with precision
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate records in the database
- Monitor, organize, and replenish office supplies
- Draft, format, and distribute internal communications and documents
- Support filing, photocopying, and scanning tasks
- Provide general administrative assistance to boost team productivity
- Keep the office environment organized and presentable
- High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in office administration is a plus
- Experience as an office assistant or in a comparable administrative role
- Comfort with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and core computer skills
- Clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Organized multitasker who can prioritize effectively
- Detail-focused, proactive problem solver
- Works well independently and as a collaborative teammate
- ISO 9001 certification experience
- ISO 14001 certification experience
- Advanced use of Microsoft Excel
- ERP software
