Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to executives and team members, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing correspondence.
- Coordinate virtual meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes as needed.
- Manage and organize digital files, documents, and internal databases to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Handle internal and external communications with professionalism and discretion.
- Assist with travel arrangements, expense tracking, and other logistical tasks.
- Support project coordination efforts, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents as requested.
- Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate a high level of integrity in handling sensitive information.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or Monday.com).
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
