We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Assistant / Dispatcher to join our team. This dual-role position supports both administrative operations and daily dispatching activities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Duties:

• Provide general administrative support to management and staff.
• Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents.
• Maintain accurate records, files, and data entry in company systems.
• Assist with scheduling, payroll preparation, and employee documentation.
• Support onboarding and training coordination.
  
  

Dispatching Duties

• Monitor and coordinate daily transit operations and driver assignments.
• Communicate effectively with drivers to ensure on-time performance and route coverage.
• Respond to service changes, delays, or emergencies in real time.
• Maintain clear and accurate dispatch logs.
• Provide excellent customer service to passengers and staff regarding service inquiries or concerns.
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Prior experience in an administrative, transportation, or dispatch role is a plus.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure and make sound decisions.
• Must be reliable, professional, and a team player.
  
  

Schedule

• Full-time, 40 hours per week (may include weekends or holidays as needed to support operations).
