Responsibilities
- Answer all incoming calls in a courteous manner, identifying self and Dialysis center
- Greet visitors and maintain the visitor's sign in log
- Order supplies and assists in preparing monthly inventory supplies
- Assist with sorting mail and the monthly mailing of resident invoices
- Process facility billing statements
- Package and ship out brochures, materials & supplies when needed
- Perform clerical tasks as identified including letters, reports, forms, and other correspondence
- Prepare patient charts and obtains consent for all new admissions
- Abide by the standards identified in FutureCare's Statement of Corporate Ethics and the Corporate Compliance
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Previous clerical and customer service experience
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good organizational/prioritization skillsÂ
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to use discretion in handling confidential information
- Ability to interact with others in a considerate, helpful, courteous manner
- Demonstrate effective interpersonal communication with all facility staff, residents and visiting family members
- Must be professional and present neat appearance in appropriate dress and identification at all times
