Description

The Amazon Business WW organization is looking for an Administrative Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization. We are seeking an exceptionally talented, dependable, customer-obsessed, and self-motivated Administrative Assistant to work under the direct supervision of the Executive Assistant to the Vice President of the Business WW team. This is a great opportunity to join a stellar administrative team, with a variety of responsibilities for you to grow and further your professional career.

Key job responsibilities

  • Order and maintain office supply levels.
  • Complete and file expense reports.
  • Plan logistics for meetings and events of various sizes.
  • Create and maintain team organization charts.
  • Assist with space planning.
  • Provide back-up calendaring support.
  • Collaborate closely with departmental Executive Assistant (EA) peers.
  • Special projects as assigned.
  • Suggest process improvements to make the team more effective.

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of professional or military experience
  • 2+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office products and applications experience
  • High school or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with end-to-end project management
  • 1+ years experience at Amazon

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $42,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $79,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
