ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - ADVERTISING

As a Marketing and Advertising Assistant, you have the opportunity to create and execute multiple marketing events and campaigns that leave a lasting impression on the customer. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing and advertising channels.

What You’ll Do

• Key analytics for various reports and projects
• Format image as requested; re-formats images and content as needed
• Communicate with Marketing Manager regarding design and conceptualization of campaigns and print advertising
• Develop creative visual concepts for Marketing and Advertising; execute ideas that reflect and enhance the company image
• Communicate with merchandising personnel, management and/or vendors to ensure product availability and artwork delivery, and for approval of projects and artwork
  
  

Photoshoot Assistant

• Key photoshoot orders and analytics for various reports
• Plan signage schedule
• Print and distribute signage for all Von Maur store locations and Dry Goods locations.
• Cut cardboard packaging material and completes packages for shipment or delivery to vendors and stores
• Compose, copy and distribute memos, letters and mailing pieces to stores, customers and business partners
• Compile monthly event lists, distribute lists to store locations, and post events to web
  
  

Signage, Social and Homepage Assistant

• Create and deploy social media content
• Create homepage assets and schedule updates for Von Maur and Dry Goods
• Execute in-store signage for Von Maur and Dry Goods; create and deploy digital signage for Von Maur
• Update store information on vonmaur.com and drygoodsusa.com
• Submit event information to mall marketing
• Program Dry Goods promotions
  
  

Programming Assistant

• Program product promotions for Von Maur stores and vonmaur.com
• Process and track vendor coop and invoices for Marketing and Advertising
• Maintain budget template
• Fulfill store requests
• Maintain and edit the E-Commerce auto replenishment program
• Program E-Commerce banners
• Maintain digital analytic reports
