Job Opening: Administrative Assistant / Accounts Payable Clerk
Location: Deerfield Beach, FL

Are you organized, adaptable, and ready to take on a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment? We are currently seeking a reliable Administrative Assistant / Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting multiple functions and has strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative duties including answering phones, scanning, and making copies
Assist with new hire onboarding processes
Manage American Express statements and reconcile charges
Match backup documentation to invoices
Verify pricing and enter invoices into Accounts Payable using Sage 300
Work with subcontract agreements and purchase orders
Submit Sunshine 811 locate tickets
Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Previous administrative or accounts payable experience
Strong ability to retain information and learn new processes
Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and shifting priorities
Experience with Sage 300 is a plus, but not required
Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player
