The Role
Performs normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining files; interviewing callers and making proper referrals; arranging meetings and conferences; and receiving, referring, or answering mail. Reviews drafts and finished documents for appropriate grammatical usage; answers questions relating to office operations and established policies and procedures. Gathers, compiles and reports on information relevant to supervisors assignment. May take and transcribe dictation.
This position will be to provide general administrative support for a group of ~100 engineers, designers, technicians, and analysists, including one Manager 3 and eight Manager 1/2s within the E70 Propulsion Plant Planning Yard's Steam Plant Fluid Systems, Valve/Actuator, and Training group. Key skills include ability to process numerous travel requests (including international travel), office management, onboarding, and event planning and management. Qualified candidates should display excellent communication skills, excellent organizational skills, and ability to pivot based on changing priorities.

High School/GED and 4 years of additional education and/or experience
