Job Description
This position provides comprehensive administrative and staff support for the Bank Markets business line and now also the Distribution Finance business line. The role is integral to ensuring the smooth operation and efficiency of the department, directly contributing to the success of Bank Markets/Distribution Finance by ensuring that administrative tasks are handled efficiently, allowing the team to focus on their strategic objectives and drive the success of the department. Functions include: collect and analyze data, maintain records and databases, prepare specialized reports using a variety of PC based software. Process a variety of confidential documents and discrete handling of confidential information, compose correspondence and other documentation. Prepare presentations. Order office supplies, schedule meetings, maintain calendar for assigned staff. Prepare expense reports, arrange travel, and coordinate meetings. May coordinate the work of other administrative staff. Special projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned by manager. Uses computer software packages with Microsoft products as well as other internal Bank resources.
Basic Qualifications
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Typically five or more years of experience in administrative and support staff activities
- Well-developed reading, writing and mathematical skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Demonstrated administrative and clerical skills
- Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data
- Effective verbal and written communication and grammatical skills
- Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
- Previous experience with Salesforce is preferred
