Description

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join Collabour Biz in Birmingham. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of the company, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient communication.

This position is vital to our organization as you will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and providing general support to the team. You will have the opportunity to work on various projects and collaborate with different departments, contributing to the overall success of Collabour Biz.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize office files, documents, and records
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails to relevant personnel
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and data analysis
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Provide administrative support to team members as needed
  • Assist in organizing company events and activities
