As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Office Manager and keeping our corporate manufacturing facility organized. From bookkeeping and accounts payable to greeting guests and managing office supplies, you’ll handle a variety of tasks that keep our business operations moving efficiently.

As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Office Manager and keeping our corporate manufacturing facility organized. From bookkeeping and accounts payable to greeting guests and managing office supplies, you’ll handle a variety of tasks that keep our business operations moving efficiently.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Be the first point of contact – greet guests, answer calls, and provide excellent customer service.
- Support accounts payable & receivable – process invoices, payments, and reconcile transactions.
- Manage office operations – order supplies, maintain inventory, and keep everything organized.
- Assist with vendor relations – respond to invoice inquiries and reconcile disputes.
- Oversee credit card transactions – verify receipts, compile missing documentation, and ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and deposit received checks – ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Help with month-end reconciliations – assist the Office Manager in financial reporting.
- Maintain the employee café – handle ordering, inventory, and the announcement screen.
- Ensure compliance – maintain confidentiality and follow company policies.
- Handle multiple priorities – work in a fast-paced setting with changing deadlines.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organizational skills – you love keeping things in order.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks – you thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with A/P & A/R – accounting or bookkeeping experience is a plus!
- Excellent attention to detail – numbers and paperwork are your strengths.
- Great communication skills – professional and friendly with coworkers and clients.
- Tech-savvy – proficient with business software and data entry.
- Positive attitude & willingness to learn – adaptable and eager to grow.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team – a self-starter with a collaborative mindset.
- Associate Degree or relevant experience – education or experience in administration, finance, or bookkeeping preferred.
