ColonialWebb is looking for a Administrative Assistant to join our team in Harrisonburg, supporting our Industrial Refrigeration team! We are looking for a detail-oriented person to provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers!

A Day In The Life

• Process Job Setups
• Process Job Accounting, including Billing, Change Orders, etc.
• Create and distribute weekly and monthly reports, as required
• Document and process job close out
• Provide support and assistance to the Project Management team, such as Spec Books, drawings, Site Safety Plan, etc.
• Serve as back-up for tasks such as preconstruction, payroll entry, and field administration
  
  
  

You Should Have

• Possess high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to coordinate and perform multiple tasks accurately and in a timely manner
• Ability to work independently, without direct supervision
• Ability to deal diplomatically and communicate effectively with internal and external customers
• Ability to be flexible with changing needs; proficiency with prioritizing and time management
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and PDF software
