ColonialWebb is looking for a Administrative Assistant to join our team in Harrisonburg, supporting our Industrial Refrigeration team! We are looking for a detail-oriented person to provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers!

- Create and distribute weekly and monthly reports, as required
- Document and process job close out
- Provide support and assistance to the Project Management team, such as Spec Books, drawings, Site Safety Plan, etc.
- Serve as back-up for tasks such as preconstruction, payroll entry, and field administration
- Possess high school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to coordinate and perform multiple tasks accurately and in a timely manner
- Ability to work independently, without direct supervision
- Ability to deal diplomatically and communicate effectively with internal and external customers
- Ability to be flexible with changing needs; proficiency with prioritizing and time management
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and PDF software
