Job Requirements
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must be proficient in Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
- Dictation experience and ability to maintain meeting notes
- Insurance verification experience helpful
- Maintain CPR/First Aid/Handle With Care Certification
- Professional, courteous, and respectful interpersonal communication skills with clients, families, and other staff
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Teamwork, flexibility needed to fulfill job responsibilities, adapt to changes in work environment, and accept supervisory feedback
- Able to think outside the box and make sound decisions, able to give and follow directions, and able to work well under pressure
