Responsibilities:

  • Act as the fired liaison between operations and accounting departments for all financial elements related to the project.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Assist with entering daily revenue into accounting software
  • Assist with processing monthly invoices and billings to various customers
  • Assist with tracking contract changes
  • Assist with needs as requested

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Microsoft office skills, with an ability to become familiar with company/project specific programs and software through development and coaching
  • Experience with Excel, PDF, Smartsheet
  • Strong organizational skills, both verbal and written
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Independent, self-starter
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organizational skills
