Activity Aide Responsibilities:
- Assist with planning, organizing, and leading engaging recreational activities for residents
- Encourage participation and help residents stay active and socially involved
- Set up and clean up activity areas
- Support residents' emotional and social well-being through meaningful interactions
- Work collaboratively with the Activities Director and other departments
- Prior experience in a healthcare or senior care setting is a plus
- Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to motivate and connect with residents of varying needs and abilities
- Strong communication and organizational skills
