Our client, in the metal finishing industry is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be part of the accounting department.

Job Title: Accounts Receivable/Collections Specialist

Location: Garden Grove, CA

Pay Range: $24-$28/hr.

Duration: 2-4 weeks

What’s the Job?

• Ensure timely reporting for all Accounts Receivable information
• Complete monthly reconciliation of accounts by researching and resolving past due accounts issues related to credits| write-off | overpayment | underpayments
• Correspond customers via email and phone to collect past due payments
• Prepare AR aging reports for collection activities and progress for Finance and Management teams
• Other duties as assigned.
  
  

What’s Needed?

• High School Diploma/ GED (AA degree preferred)
• 12-years collections or general accounting experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
