What You’ll Do To Help Us Win

Customer Contact and Follow-up

• Proactively follow-up on unpaid accounts by contacting customers via phone and email.
• Resolve disputes and negotiate payment plans to keep accounts current.
• Build strong customer relationships while ensuring timely collections.
  
  

Accounts Receivable Operations

• Assist with recording payments, answering phone calls/emails, and other standard accounting tasks.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies.
  
  

Organization & Support

• Track and report on aging accounts and collection activities.
• Document conversations and customer follow-up
• Assist with other related duties to keep the accounting team responding to all requests timely.

Requirements

The Star Player We’re Looking For:

• Education: College degree preferred, but experience can be your playbook.
• Professional Experience:
• 3 years of credit, accounting, or collections experience preferred.
• 2 years of direct interpersonal communication experience required (phone/email contact experience a plus).
• Communication Skills: Confident, professional, and persistent when working with customers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required. Experience with SAP is a bonus.
• Team Skills: Strong interpersonal and collaboration abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow guidelines and policies.
  
  

Game Day Details

• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts (40 hours per week)
