Accounts Payable Specialist

We are searching for a full-time specialist to join our Pension Department. This role will be based in Naperville, IL.

Essential Job Duties

• Assemble, review, and verify invoices and check requests
• Enter invoices into system
• Set invoices up for payment
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies
• Prepare analysis of accounts
• Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions
• Create and process 1099 forms
  
  

Position Qualifications

• Knowledge of general accounting procedures
• 0-2 years’ of experience in accounts payable is required
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail with quality work
• Good time management skills
• Intermediate to advanced MS Excel experience
