An opportunity exists to become a member of the D&D Technologies US Finance team. This position will be a part of a professionally run team and is integral to the growth and profitability of the company. The successful applicant will exhibit an awareness of current industry trends.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting day-to-day operational activities of the organization’s accounts payable and accounts receivables functions
- Ensures transactions are recorded promptly and accurately in accordance with internal accounting policies.
- Reviews invoices to verify amounts owed and processes payments for debts owed by the organization.
- Responds to customer or vendor inquiries regarding payments or billing and helps resolve discrepancies.
- Makes collection calls on delinquent accounts
- Provide support to other departments as needed
- 2-3 years’ experience in accounts payable/receivable or experience in a general accounting position
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Ability to work under limited supervision and can problem solve
- Have analytical abilities, team working capabilities and be results oriented
- Ability to work in a high-volume department
