Accounting Clerk

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of Corpus Christi, an affiliate of Authority Brands Inc., has been in operation for almost 40 years and is the premier heating and cooling specialist in the area. We are looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to complete general accounting and billing functions and provide communication with customers, managers, and technicians.

Responsibilities

• Post invoices and customer agreements.
• Handle job costing and data entry.
• Perform Accounts Receivable tasks, such as reporting and bad debt recovery.
• Process payments.
• Help maintain filing, scanning, and document retention.
• Other duties as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience with accounting required.
• Some experience with collections greatly preferred.
• Experience using ServiceTitan CRM a plus!
• Experience using Excel required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are a necessity.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
