We’re seeking a hands-on, systems-savvy Accountant who thrives in QuickBooks Online Enterprise, commands the full accounting cycle, and loves building order out of complexity.

Your Impact and Responsibilities

• Lead our QuickBooks ecosystem. Manage and optimize QBO Enterprise — automation rules, multi-entity reporting, reconciliations, and issue resolution.
• Drive the cash cycle. Process vendor invoices, client billing, reimbursements, and collections with speed and precision. Keep AP and AR fully aligned.
• Deliver fast, clean closes. Complete reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and adjustments within a five-business-day close window.
• Protect accuracy and compliance. Maintain full GAAP alignment, enforce approval workflows, and ensure every transaction is properly supported.
• Design smarter systems. Streamline, automate, and document key processes to save time and strengthen controls.
• Partner across SBS. Collaborate with Operations, QA, and Purchasing for accurate cost tracking and timely financial data.
• Turn data into decisions. Create weekly financial dashboards and variance reports that leadership can act on immediately.
  
  

Your Expertise And Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred but not required).
• Minimum 5 years of full-cycle accounting experience, including 3+ years specializing in AP/AR.
• Deep command of QuickBooks Online Enterprise (Advanced) — configuration, automation, and reporting.
• Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, financial modeling).
• Solid understanding of GAAP, reconciliations, and internal control principles.
• Exceptionally detail-oriented, organized, and self-driven.
• Strong communicator who explains financial data in plain English and collaborates with technical and non-technical leaders alike.
• Proactive problem solver who takes ownership for results and continuous improvement.
