Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with a minimum of 4 years of progressive accounting experience and a solid understanding of general accounting principles. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing the company's financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with a minimum of 4 years of progressive accounting experience and a solid understanding of general accounting principles. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing the company's financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Process check requests and expense reports with precision and on time.
- Accurately review, code, and process vendor invoices to ensure financial accuracy. Perform monthly reconciliations and maintain complete records.
- Execute data entry associated with accounts payable with a high degree of accuracy.
- Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies promptly.
- Audit and process credit card bills regularly.
- Address and respond to vendor inquiries effectively and professionally.
- Establish and implement accounting policies and procedures for new company departments.
- Prepare comprehensive company and department financial statements.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
- A minimum of 4 years of accounting experience with progressive advancement.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong skills in Excel.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles.
- High level of attention to detail to ensure precision and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently, prioritizing tasks as needed.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret and analyze financial data.
