Growing Apparel/Accessories and Home company in Central New Jersey loo king for Account Executive for Hard Home. Looking for relationships with retailers such as Costco, Walmart, Kohls, Target, Loewes, Home Depot. Base plus commission. This is not a remote position.

- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Account Management:
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Handle client queries and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Perform market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Analyze market potential and track sales and status reports.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to understand client needs and provide sales support.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and events to network and promote the company.
- Reporting:
- Prepare reports on account status.
- Provide regular updates to the management on sales activities, forecasts, and other key indicators.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven work experience as an Account Executive, Sales Executive, or a relevant role.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while paying strict attention to detail.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales quotas.
