Position Summary
Coordinate and oversee managed care services to ensure seamless continuity of program delivery in accordance with ethical, legal, and professional standards. Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment that aligns with all regulatory and accreditation requirements. Collaborate as an integral member of the interdisciplinary team to support client assessment, admission, and treatment planning, while facilitating the integration of recovery principles into clients’ daily lives.

Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Addiction Studies or other related field, or equivalent experience and training
- Illinois Certified Addiction Counselor (CADC), or licensed in Illinois as a LSW or LPC which supersedes the CADC within 2 years of employment in substance use disorder services
- Demonstrated experience in mental health treatment
- Adequate written skills to accurately complete required documentation within the time frames prescribed
- Skilled in conducting individual, family and group counseling
- Ability to present and coordinate lectures for clients, parents, staff or community resources
- Computer proficiency required
- Work hours prescribed by leadership and any additional hours deemed necessary for the responsibilities assigned.
- Supervise and oversee the Utilization Review Team.
- Use available data to monitor effective team behavior in compliance with standards.
- Provide staff feedback on performance via team meetings, monthly supervision and annual reviews. Provide more frequent individual feedback as necessary.
- Provide utilization review support for inpatient and outpatient adolescent services.
- Coordinate all peer-to-peer reviews with leadership.
- Assist Access, Admissions and Finance teams with financial case management.
- Maintain communication with Financial Advisors and assist in communicating with families to ensure 100% client funding.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date system of managed care contacts utilizing the system designated by Rosecrance.
- Participate in daily capacity management meetings and communicate funding changes as they affect the treatment team.
- Maintain current knowledge and expertise in DSM 5, ASAM criteria, and assessment and intervention skills to ensure placement of all clients in the appropriate level of treatment services.
- Schedule and conduct assessment interviews with potential clients and their significant others.
- Compile and submit reports on activities of Utilization Review as directed.
- Understand and comply with all of the principles established by the Rosecrance Corporate Compliance Program and Code of Ethics.
- Perform all responsibilities in compliance with the mission, vision, values and expectations of Rosecrance.
- Deliver exceptional customer service consistently to every customer.
- Serve as a role model for other staff, clients and customers and demonstrate positive guest relations in representing Rosecrance.
- Assume other related responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
- Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm (40 hours per week)

- Base Pay: (pay is based on education, experience, and credentials)
- Starting Master Level pay $56,326.40
- Master Level with CADC - $57,366.40
- Master Level with LSW/LPC- $57,532.80
