Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an ABA Program Director in Fayetteville, NC. The ABA Program Director will be responsible for overseeing the Applied Behavior Analysis programs, developing treatment plans, supervising ABA Supervisors, Recruitment, conducting assessments, and assisting with providing training and support to staff.
Qualifications
Applied Behavior Analysis skills including program development and supervision
Experience in developing treatment plans and conducting assessments
Supervisory Skills For Leading BCBA's And Other Clinical Staff
Training and support skills for staff development
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Behavior Analyst License is required
Master's degree in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, or related field
