About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented CNC Grinder to join a team on the 2nd shift. This position requires strong technical skills, precision, and the ability to consistently deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Responsibilities

• Read and interpret engineering prints and instructions to produce parts within close tolerances.
• Analyze and troubleshoot new methods for part production.
• Perform calculations and use precision inspection equipment to verify compliance with quality requirements.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to company safety policies.
• Check and maintain oil and coolant levels daily.
• Perform all duties diligently and productively.
  
  

Profil Recherché

• High School Diploma or completion of a Vocational School program with hands-on training in machining.
• Minimum of 5 years of machining experience.
• Proven ability to work within tight tolerances and established parameters.
• Experience with tolerances of +/- .00015 and knowledge of surface finish inspection methods.
• Proficiency in using inspection tools and indicating.
• Desirable: training in metric-to-imperial conversions, SPC, teambuilding, and problem-solving.
• Strong understanding of quality policies and procedures.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
