Our Midstream Chemical Team uses technology consisting of chemistry, equipment, knowledge expertise, Intellectual Property, correct application methods and monitoring to improve pipeline and terminal applications while providing value to our clients.

As a Midstream Field Specialist within the Downstream Product Line, you will be acting as an ambassador for the customer. You will be responsible for managing chemical applications and technical support needs for customer accounts and will contribute innovative insights that drive new and existing sales opportunities.

As a Midstream Field Specialist within the Downstream Product Line, you will be acting as an ambassador for the customer. You will be responsible for managing chemical applications and technical support needs for customer accounts and will contribute innovative insights that drive new and existing sales opportunities.
As a Midstream Field Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Build long-term strategic relationships by providing account management to customers while understanding their business requirements and originating sales opportunities.
- Identify, coordinate, and collaborate with team members to drive projects, technical sales and innovative solutions that bring value to our customers.
- Develop, deliver, and lead business reviews and technical presentations to customers, executive leadership, and team.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of existing refinery chemical process business for customer accounts, technicians and account representatives.
- Demonstrate good communication with interpersonal skills and an ability to build trusting relationships with teams and customers.
- Follow Sales and Service Standards at key customer accounts to ensure compliance.
To Be Successful In This Role You Will
- Have a high school diploma or equivalency, bachelor’s or associates degree preferred.
- Have 5+ years in an oil and gas industry experience.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of time away from home.
- Have an understanding of midstream chemical processes and service delivery preferred.
- Be a good team player and display good communication and problem solving skills.
- Be able to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
