As an Area Service Delivery Manager – Artificial Lift, you will be responsible for:
- Ensure all activities are carried out according to our core values, and non-negotiables and our cultural pillars.
- Collaborate with sales/commercial teams as well as direct interaction with customers for assigned area to understand the activity forecast (volume and complexity).
- Accountable for performance in front of customers and is the first point of contact for service delivery performance in front of customers.
- Ensure flawless service delivery execution and on-time delivery by assigning appropriate resources in line with volume and complexity of forecasted activity and ensuring Quality plans are in line with our job cycle process.
- Accountable for readiness of personnel, equipment, and product to deliver business plans and customer expectations and escalate to global team if necessary.
- Accountable for managing the Operations Job Cycle implementation and discipline in the area od responsibilities.
- Ensure that the team fully understands the contracts/quotes for their assigned job portfolio to ensure we harvest our contracts and collect what we are owed.
- Oversee the budget and P&L for the area of responsibility.
- Develop team in line with competency and training programs for their respective positions as well as future career plans.

- Manage Job Cycle
To be successful in this role you will: ??
- Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with a minimum of 8 years of experience in a sales or operations position.
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience.
- Knowledge of ESP Artificial Lift product line and services and general oilfield services and functions.
- Experience in Sales, Engineering, AMO and/or ALS Operations management.
- Excellent leadership, strong interpersonal, influencing, and planning skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a global matrix organization.
- Local customer base knowledge and market experience.
- Ability to effectively interface with all levels of internal and external customers.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Work as part of a team of talented, driven individuals with a 24/7 attitude.
