The successful candidate should have an outgoing personality, enjoy collaborating with coworkers and clients as a team player, and willingness to take on responsibilities as appropriate. Prior experience and familiarity in Workers' Compensation law is required along with strong skills in legal drafting, negotiation, and litigation. Excellent communication skills are necessary for effective client interaction and representation. Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Ohio. This job is a full-time, in office position in Dayton, Ohio with some work-from-home flexibility as needed.
We has a large secretarial and paralegal support staff to assist in making our attorneys highly productive.
