Warehouse Director

Full-Time | Salary: $75,000 – $85,000

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Director to lead and oversee operations across four warehouse facilities in the Columbus, OH area. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring safety and compliance, and leading a high-performing team across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across four warehouse buildings, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and accuracy
• Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse teams, including hiring, training, and performance management
• Maintain full accountability for inventory management, quality control, and workflow execution
• Ensure effective use and optimization of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Monitor warehouse metrics including cycle counts, inventory levels, and in/out volume reporting
• Enforce OSHA safety standards and promote a strong safety culture
• Manage equipment maintenance programs and facility upkeep
• Collaborate with leadership and other facilities to standardize processes and improve performance
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices across all locations
  
  
  

Requirements

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• 2+ years of warehouse leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple locations and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience preferred
• Must have a valid drivers license - there will be driving between the warehouses
• Must be able to pass a background check

• Fast-paced warehouse setting with both indoor and outdoor conditions
