Hayden Industrial, a leading manufacturer of industrial cooling systems, is seeking a Warehouse Associate. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for preparing and organizing parts, components, and materials into kits for the assembly line. This role ensures that production teams receive accurate and timely kits to maintain efficient workflow and meet production schedules
Key Responsibilities:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities Work Environment:
Non-temperature controlled environment with loud noises, dust, dirt, and metal particles that are usually associated with metal fabrication shops. All employees are required to wear personal protective equipment to include noise/hearing protection, safety glasses with side shields, (paint masks, respirator, when required) and OSHA compliant safety boots/shoes within the manufacturing facility Physical Demands:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job While performing duties of this job, the employee in this position is regularly required to stand for long periods of time. This position requires walking, the ability to reach, ascend/descend ladders, bend, kneel, and stoop. The employee occasionally will lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Thursday, 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand Travel:

- Pick and organize parts according to work orders and bill of materials (BOM).
- Assemble kits accurately and label them for identification.
- Verify quantities and quality of components before kitting.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by recording transactions in the warehouse management system in Glovia.
- Communicate with production and purchasing teams to resolve shortages or discrepancies.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed.
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous Warehouse or material handling experience
- Ability to read and interpret work orders and BOM’s
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended amounts of time
