Position Overview
As an Entry-Level Scheduling Coordinator, you will play an important role in supporting daily scheduling operations by coordinating appointments, managing calendars, and ensuring accurate communication between teams, clients, and stakeholders. You will assist with scheduling activities, updating records, resolving scheduling conflicts, and helping maintain efficient workflow processes across the organization.
This position is ideal for individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and have strong communication and time management skills. No prior scheduling experience is required, and comprehensive training will be provided to help you develop the skills needed to succeed in the role.

- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail while managing multiple scheduling tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules, appointments, and multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when entering and updating scheduling information.
- Ability to work independently while following established procedures and deadlines.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, calendar tools, and scheduling software.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling client, employee, or business information.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Office Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in scheduling, customer service, administrative support, coordination, or data entry is beneficial but not required.
- Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Google Workspace, calendar management tools, and other collaboration platforms.
