NOW HIRING: FULL-TIME TEAM LEADS – Birmingham, AL

Superior Wash Southeast is looking for 2 motivated, dependable Team Leads to join our growing team in Birmingham. This is a full-time leadership position for someone who can lead by example, work hard, and help develop others while delivering excellent results.

This position involves washing and cleaning commercial trucks and fleet vehicles at customer locations. No experience is required we will train the right candidate.

What You'll Do

• Lead small teams and hold team members accountable
• Perform the work alongside your team and set the standard for performance
• Train and coach team members on company processes and expectations
• Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
• Be a top performer who understands the process and can teach it to others
  
  

Requirements

• Reliable transportation (to get to our shop)
• Clean driving record
• Available to work every Saturday and Sunday (mandatory)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to lead while actively working in the field
• Dependable, accountable, and results-driven
• Ability to learn company processes and train others effectively
  
  

Pay & Schedule

• $17/hr during a 30-day training period
• $18/hr after successful completion of training
• Overtime available
• Weekly pay
• Typical schedule: 45–55 hours per week
• Expected earnings after training: $855–$1,125 per week
