- Prepare and review individual and small business tax returns for retail clients using Intuit platforms
- Analyze financial records to ensure compliance with federal and state tax regulations
- Provide in-person tax advice, explain filing options, and identify credits and deductions
- Research complex tax issues and stay current on changing tax laws and regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional Intuit teams to improve tax workflows and customer experience
- Maintain accurate client documentation and safeguard sensitive financial data
- Support peak tax season operations in a retail environment, including extended and weekend hours
- Educate customers on Intuit products like Turbo
- Tax and QuickBooks to support ongoing financial health
- Individual and small business tax preparation
