Nexaminds is looking for a Support Technician L2 to assist with IT asset management, inventory operations, and onsite technical support activities. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and eager to learn, with the ability to manage equipment inventory, support device deployments, and assist with day-to-day operational tasks. This role requires a hands-on individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing excellent support to both internal teams and end users.

Location: Orange, CA (On-Site)

Qualifications we are looking for:

• Experience working in inventory management, warehouse operations, asset tracking, or technical support environments.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including moving, organizing, lifting, and transporting equipment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in maintaining accurate inventory records and documentation.
• Ability to follow established processes and procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a positive and helpful attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn new technologies, tools, and support processes.
• Ability to work onsite in a fast-paced operational environment.
  
  

Job duties:

• Manage inventory check-in and check-out processes for IT equipment and assets.
• Receive, organize, label, and track hardware inventory.
• Prepare equipment for deployment, relocation, or replacement.
• Assist with asset audits and inventory reconciliation activities.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
• Support equipment distribution, collection, and lifecycle management processes.
• Assist with workstation setup and basic hardware installation activities.
• Perform physical handling, transportation, and organization of equipment as needed.
• Collaborate with IT and operational teams to ensure inventory accuracy and availability.
• Provide general support for onsite technology and operational initiatives.
• Follow established procedures and contribute to maintaining an organized and efficient work environment
