Supply Chain Analyst CSG - Special Materials

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Supply Chain Analyst CSG - Special Materials. This position is ONSITE Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm at our El Paso (1 Helen of Troy) Eaton location.
The Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for managing the planning, availability and inventory health of Customer Supplied Goods and special materials required to support production while ensuring uninterrupted customer deliveries. The position serves as the planning expert for material with unique supply characteristics, including CSG, engineering-controlled components, consigned materials, prototypes, pilot builds and other non-standard supply streams.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $71000 - $90,000.00 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

What you’ll do:
In this role:
- Plan and manage customer supplied goods inventory to ensure continuous production support.
- Manage planning activities for special materials including: CSG, consigned, prototype, pilot production, engineering samples, non-standard.
- Monitor material requirements based on the MPS.
- Ensure material availability aligns with the production schedule.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels while avoiding excess and inventory and obsolete risk.
- Establish planning parameters and methodology in order to ensure material availability.
Qualifications:
Basic REQUIRED Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field of study from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in manufacturing or distribution environment
- Minimum of 1 year experience in supply chain such as material planning or warehouse inventory
- Must be able to lift up to 25lbs.
- No relocation benefit is offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of El Paso, TX location will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
