Job Description
- Oversee daily field operations for multifamily construction projects.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel.
- Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are met.
- Monitor construction quality and ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
- Enforce site safety protocols and OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and ownership representatives.
- Identify and resolve construction issues, delays, and conflicts.
- Track materials, deliveries, and site logistics.
- Maintain accurate daily reports and project documentation.
The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent.
- Proven experience in ground-up multifamily construction.
- Experience managing large-scale residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience managing subcontractors and multiple trades.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- Affordable housing or podium construction experience is a plus.
- Base salary 140-175k + bonus
- 401k match
