Our client is a rapidly expanding commercial construction firm with more than 80 employees and a strong project backlog. Known for its collaborative culture, employee development, and hands-on leadership, the company delivers projects across office, healthcare, education, retail, industrial, automotive, hospitality, and multifamily sectors.

Job Description

  • Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and financial forecasts
  • Oversee subcontractor coordination, procurement, and contract administration
  • Lead client communication and ensure project goals are achieved
  • Utilize Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, PlanGrid, and construction management software.

The Successful Applicant

  • 7+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial GC
  • Strong ground-up construction experience; renovation/TI experience preferred
  • Background managing retail, office, or hospitality projects
  • Estimating experience and understanding of project financials
  • Collaborative leadership style with strong communication skills

$110,000+ (commensurate with experience)
