What You’ll Own
- Own restaurant performance and profitability by managing labor, inventory, cash controls, security procedures, and financial results
- Build your leadership team by recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant General Managers
- Coach and develop employees to deliver operational excellence and strong restaurant results
- Complete required inventory counts and use results to help control costs
- Create a clean, welcoming restaurant where guests receive friendly service and quality food

As a Restaurant General Manager, you’ll also be eligible for a restaurant performance bonus paid weekly.
What You Bring
- At least 1 year of Restaurant General Manager experience in food service or retail with profit & loss responsibility; quick-service experience preferred
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Availability to close the restaurant at least 2 nights per week
- Ability to work in an active restaurant environment, including standing, walking, lifting, moving through compact spaces, and safely using restaurant equipment
