Sheeter Operator
Operate and monitor paperboard and corrugated sheeter equipment in a manufacturing facility. Set up machines, verify orders, adjust settings, and perform quality checks to ensure products meet tight specifications.

Operate and monitor paperboard and corrugated sheeter equipment in a manufacturing facility. Set up machines, verify orders, adjust settings, and perform quality checks to ensure products meet tight specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, start up, run, and monitor sheeter equipment
- Verify job orders and confirm material/process settings
- Conduct quality inspections and adjust to maintain specifications
- Perform basic troubleshooting and resolve minor production issues
- Complete routine maintenance checks to keep equipment running reliably
- Handle materials safely and follow all safety procedures
- Maintain accurate production documentation
- Experience operating industrial manufacturing equipment (sheeter preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight tolerances
- Basic troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude
- Knowledge of safe material handling practices
- Ability to record production information accurately
- Team-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
