What You'll Do
Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and concerns, taking ownership of service visits, and fostering a welcoming environment for our customers Assess technical issues, explain service needs to customers in understandable terms, and offer solutions over the phone when possible Actively listen to customer concerns, ask clarifying questions to identify issues accurately, and escalate to Service Manager as needed Effectively communicate with Technicians and accurately document service details into the Dealer Management System with meticulous attention to detail Conduct transactions, guide customers through corrections, and summarize repair work performed Efficiently manage multiple appointments and priorities while maintaining organized records, providing prompt status updates, and ensuring thorough follow-up Build trust with customers by providing empathetic service, handling complex issues with patience, and creating positive experiences that drive loyalty and repeat business
What You'll Bring
Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair methods, including familiarity with tools, materials, and techniques Strong communication skills to provide precise estimates, status updates, and technical information to customers in an understandable manner Excellent problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot issues effectively and develop timely solutions in collaboration with the service team Demonstrated patience and empathy when handling complex vehicle issues or challenging customer situations Superior time management and organizational skills to maintain accurate service records and prevent errors while meeting business-critical deadlines Proficiency in Dealer Management System(s), Outlook, and MS Office with a proactive willingness to learn emerging automotive technologies Valid driver’s license required
