About The Role

We are seeking a skilled Server/Expo to join our team at our Richland, WA location. As a Server/Expo, you will be responsible for expediting food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area while providing exceptional customer service. You will work closely with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless execution of orders and maintain a high level of quality in our guests' dining experience.

Responsibilities

  • Expedite food and beverage orders from the kitchen to the dining area
  • Maintain accurate communication with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff regarding order status and timing
  • Ensure timely delivery of orders to tables while maintaining a high level of quality and presentation
  • Monitor table settings and adjust as needed to ensure an exceptional guest experience

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in a Server/Expo role or similar position
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and high level of organization

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
  • Knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits (certifications a plus)
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
