The Global Digital Commerce team at Starbucks Coffee Company drives our digital future and reinforces our leadership in the market. They are accountable for delivering business outcomes and representing Starbucks brand through technology and analytics products that delight customers, simplify work for baristas and support partners, and ensure reliability and scalability. This team defines the vision and strategy for our digital experiences, shapes the product roadmap, and leads execution to bring that roadmap to life.

As a senior product manager, Digital Ordering on the App & Web Ordering product team, you will play a critical role in creating smart, seamless experiences that make ordering at Starbucks a cherished part of our customers’ daily ritual. You will lead efforts to optimize the ordering journey and develop new features that deepen customer connections and drive business growth.

As a senior product manager, Digital Ordering, you will…

  • Define and drive product strategy to deliver measurable user and business outcomes, aligned with organizational priorities and executive direction
  • Lead end‑to‑end product discovery, translating customer needs and market opportunities into validated product bets and investment cases
  • Synthesize complex qualitative and quantitative data into clear insights to inform strategy, prioritization, and decision‑making
  • Own product vision and roadmap execution, balancing customer value, technical constraints, and business trade‑offs
  • Influence and align cross‑functional partners across engineering, design, operations, and marketing to deliver high‑quality products at scale
  • Lead assessment of current platform capabilities and define future‑state vision, architecture, and experience strategy
  • Track post‑launch performance and drive continuous optimization through data‑driven iteration
  • Act as a senior peer mentor, raising product craft, execution standards, and team effectiveness

We’d Love To Hear From People With

  • Bachelors degree in business, marketing, computer science, or engineering
  • Advanced degree
  • Minimum 5+ years progressive responsibility in Digital Product Management
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical teams
  • Proficient with the application of quantitative and qualitative data analysis
  • Curious, highly motivated self starter
  • Experience with customer research design and experiment design and A/B testing
  • Existing knowledge of product domain, users or market
  • Strong track record in mobile application transformation or modernization projects

  • If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above. For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
