Security Dispatcher

Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Security Dispatcher, you will efficiently dispatch Security, Facilities, and Environmental Services requests, ensuring timely response and coordination for various operational needs.

Every day you will manage incoming requests, dispatch personnel to appropriate locations, and provide crucial project coordination as required to maintain smooth and responsive departmental operations.

To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, a calm demeanor under pressure, and the ability to prioritize and dispatch requests accurately and efficiently

• Maintains a comprehensive inspection, test and maintenance program for all security physical and electronic measures. Follows up on pending security issues.
• Implements requirements of the Security Management Plan. Manages and coordinates responses to critical incidents. Monitors and documents actual and potential security breaches.
• Monitors existing security systems and technologies for possible security leaks or fraud.
• Conducts ongoing security orientation and training of assigned staff and may serve as Field Training Officer.
• Dedicated to daily operations in the Siena Control Center.
• Responsible for monitoring and surveillance of all facilities through CCTV and Galaxy control system.

Job Requirements Required

• High School Graduate General Studies and Minimum of one (1) year experience as asecurity officer involving extensive public contact, or
• High School GED General Studies and Minimum of one (1) year experience as a security officer involving extensive public contact
• Driver's License:NV

Preferred

• Prior Hospital experience
• Basic Health Care Security Officer, within 90 Days

$20.96 - $29.60 /hour
