From the start of a new semester to special campus events, we help create memorable moments for students, faculty, and fans About The Role: We’re looking for Seasonal Retail Sales Associates to join our campus bookstore team! This is a limited-time, high-energy role where you’ll interact with students, faculty, and visitors—delivering outstanding customer service while keeping the store running smoothly

Assignments typically last a few days up to 90 days, depending on store needs. Flexible scheduling, including occasional weekends and varied shifts (openings, mid-day, or closings), is required.

What You Do:

• Operate the cash register and process transactions (cash, credit, or financial aid)
• Stock, organize, and price merchandise; assist with in-store displays
• Fulfill online orders for pickup or shipping
• Support bookstore operations during events (graduation, athletic events, etc.)
• Create a welcoming, helpful experience for all customers and team members
• Jump in on other tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Able to lift 25–50 lbs and stand for extended periods (with or without accommodation)
• Comfortable with basic computers and math
• Able to prioritize tasks and stay organized
• Retail, customer service, or clerical experience preferred
• Successful completion of a background check required
