As an opener, you will engage with inbound leads, qualify prospects, build rapport, and set appointments for our senior closers. Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to warm and inbound leads from marketing campaigns.
- Engage prospects with professionalism, empathy, and confidence.
- Pre-qualify leads by identifying their tax situation and determining potential fit.
- Educate prospects about our services and the benefits of working with Five Star Tax Resolution.
- Schedule appointments for closers or transfer calls when necessary.
- Maintain accurate notes in the CRM and follow up as needed.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics.
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or call-center environments preferred.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Comfortable making high-volume calls.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections professionally.
- Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-driven.
- Basic computer and CRM proficiency.
- Experience in tax resolution, financial services, or similar industries is a plus (but not required).
