Sales & Business Development
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Equivalent hotel sales experience may be considered.

Sales & Business Development
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities through telephone solicitation, sales calls, networking, and outside sales activities.
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships.
- Identify new market segments and revenue opportunities.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales goals and revenue targets.
- Prepare and negotiate contracts in accordance with company guidelines.
- Conduct hotel tours and client presentations.
- Participate in trade shows, networking events, and industry associations.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurately forecast business.
- Build long-term relationships with clients.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries.
- Conduct regular account reviews.
- Maintain accurate client information in Delphi, OnQ, or other CRM systems.
- Ensure contract details are communicated effectively to Operations.
- Work closely with Revenue Management to maximize occupancy and ADR.
- Understand market conditions and competitor activity.
- Assist with developing sales strategies to increase revenue.
- Review pace reports and production reports.
- Partner with Catering, Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Engineering to ensure successful execution of group business.
- Attend weekly sales meetings and revenue strategy meetings.
- Communicate client expectations clearly to operational departments.
- Maintain accurate sales activity in CRM.
- Submit weekly activity reports.
- Prepare proposals and contracts.
- Maintain organized account files.
- Complete required Hilton and company training.

- Minimum 2 years of hotel sales experience preferred.
- Hilton experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Delphi, OnQ, or similar hotel sales systems preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
