Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Retail Sales Associate to guide store guests through home furnishing selections, provide exceptional customer service, process sales transactions, and contribute to sales and store performance goals. This role operates in a fast-paced, high-energy lifestyle retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming experience for every customer and guest.

• Maintain a professional and visible front-desk presence and engage with guests respectfully.

• Guide customers in discovering home furnishing styles and products suited to their needs.

• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders while following cash-handling protocols.

• Assist customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.

• Maintain thorough documentation of sales transactions.

• Address customer concerns independently whenever possible.

• Assist with store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation and completion of daily checklists.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Ability to lift, tug, and pull up to 25 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and customer engagement skills.

• Friendly, approachable, and professional communication style.

• Ability to communicate information clearly and in a manner that inspires appropriate customer action.

• Ability to develop and share fresh ideas.

• Strong commitment to exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
